She's a survivor, who became a THRIVER after; being born on the side of a California highway, growing up without electricity or running water and making life or death decisions regarding 2 of her children.....who went on to become an entrepreneurial heavyweight CHAMPION! Veronica now invests her time sharing her priceless lessons with others to help them find success in their personal and professional lives.

She is a wife, mother of 2 beautiful daughters, a grandmother and a small business entrepreneur who coaches others on how to run successful small businesses and personal development.

She craved more personal fulfillment and felt she needed to fulfill her life purpose. The need to find her purpose came from overcoming grief and loss and wanting to teach others how to have a joy-filled life while honoring their past. Allowing others, a platform to share their stories without judgment or fear of judgment. So, in 2015 she created Women of Worth Power and Purpose Within. Women of Worth was created to empower, encourage, inspire and teach women and men how to lead in the Real Estate industry. She wanted to teach that leadership is a moment to moment choice and not about title, tenure or position. That we should always strive to help others grow, live fulfilled lives and find their purpose. Leadership is for everyone, every day and it is how we should live our life!

Wanting to share these tools with others lead her to seek more training by becoming a “Robbins-Madanes Certification Student” and an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team.

Her Passion is; Growing others, Guiding others to find their purpose, Relationship, Life Coaching, Family, Spirituality, Group, Life, Lifestyle,  Business,  Professional Success.

Today she offers a wide range of services – from individual or group coaching, training- teaching, seminars, and keynotes speaking. With over two decades of real-life, in the trenches business experience.

She feels fortunate to have found her calling and she is passionate about making a difference in other peoples' lives.
